Application:
Determine the adhesion of coating & assess the resistance to separate from substrates.

Principle of structure:
1)The main trasmission part is composed of hand wheel,sprocket and helical gear.When we rotate the hand wheel ,the worktable will move left and right,at the same time the needle will make circle.
2)The head part is composed of below:
A:double head square screw ,used to adjust the head up and down.
B:the sliding dovetail with a screw can adjust the under the dovetail plate,mainly used to adjust the draw diameter.
3)there is a movable half nut on the end of worktable which is connected with the screw rod ,It can drive the woring table move forward and backward.
There are four nuts and two pressure plates on the worktable to press the test panel tightly.
4)the base portion is used to support worktable.
1.Prepare test sample as required.
2.Check the needle ,the needle from worktable is about 3mm,and I’s best to use new one at the begining.
3.Adjust the needle eccentric position according to required diameter and screw.
4.Face up the prepared the test panel on worktable and press tightly.
5.Add weights on weight plate accroding to requirement.
6.lift the half nut and move the worktable to outer,and then put down the half nut.
7.Toggle the pressure bar to make needle contact the coating surface.
8.rotate the wheel,the needle will draw Spiral pattern which we can determine the adhesion of coating according to.
