The fully automatic aluminum foil leak detection machine developed by the company uses advanced thermal imaging technology combined with digital image processing technology to analyze the product temperature distribution through infrared thermal images, thereby detecting unqualified products with aluminum foil sealing and ensuring good product quality.

In an automated Production Line, the heat-sealed or electromagnetic induction-sealed workpiece is transported to the infrared thermal imaging inspection station. The infrared thermal imaging camera takes a thermal image of the heat-sealed bottle cap and transfers the thermal image to the image High-speed processing system for calculation and recognition. Through statistical analysis of the temperature distribution model of the thermal image after aluminum foil sealing, it is judged that the sealing quality is qualified or unqualified. The unqualified product is rejected to the unqualified product area, and the qualified product will be transported to the next process.
