Superior sequential batch stainless steel reaction vessel stainless steel reactor
Stainless steel reactor is widely used in chemical industry, food, coating, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, paint, medicine, petrochemical production in reaction, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitrification and other process pressure vessels, such as reactors, reactors, decomposition pots, polymerizers, etc. The reaction pot is mainly composed of inner tank, jacket, mixing device and support seat (insulation structure can be adopted according to process requirements).
The inner tank body is made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321) according to the process requirements. The inner surface is mirror polished. It can be cleaned by CIP online and sterilized by SIP. It meets the requirements of health regulations.
The jacket is made of stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) according to the process requirements.
Suitable diameter to height ratio design, customized mixing device as required: the mixing shaft seal adopts pressure resistant sanitary mechanical sealing device to maintain the working pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution and material loss caused by material leakage in the tank.
According to the operation requirements, the support type shall be suspended lug type or landing outrigger type.
