Introduction:

This machine is designed specially for predispersion a nd fine dispersion of high visc osity material(offset oil ink).It can beused singly a nd also togetherwith three rollers grinder through connection as well as full automatic Production Line. It is an ideal equipment for producing offset oil ink and high viscosity material.

Main Capability:

Tapered milling chamber and trapezoid rotor are specially designed to mill high-viscosity materials.

The advanced internal-cooling device is efficient enough to dispel the heat generated during high- viscosity milling in the milling chamber.

Mechanical sealing and sealing lips are all imported from Germany, w hich help to crack the hard nut that material tends to leak from the milling chamber in high-viscosity milling operation.

A magnetic filter with magnetic flux of 8000 gauss, w hich eliminatesforeign-metal impurities contained in the paste to be milled, ensures product purity as well as equipment safety of the next process.

Volume variable piston type milling chamber changes Energy dens ity and barrel pressure to attainbest dis persion and milling results.
